Everything has its own reason, its own prerequisites. An accident is the result of a series of events and actions. It is impossible to deal with the problem without identifying its root causes.
We are deeply convinced that the global experience exchange will expand the scope of existing tools for identifying the root causes of accidents and will help to comprehensively approach the effective prevention of dangerous accidents at work.
Within the framework of the thematic round table, experts will discuss how important it is to investigate the accident and find its root causes. Participants will get to know different approaches to identify root causes, so that they could later use new techniques in organizing safe working conditions.
