The health and safety of employees are the priorities of any company.
In difficult and critical times, the importance of retaining valuable staff is more relevant than ever. The pandemic left no choice: in many companies employees were forced to switch to remote work. Increasingly, the job description is marked “fully remote job”.
Although the concept of remote work is not new, it requires particular attention to some aspects of the work organization: setting a daily routine, maintaining communication and ensuring the well-being of employees. All these factors affect the efficiency of employees.
During this session, we invited companies to share their experience: how to organize properly the workflow, work space, eliminate the risk of accidents and provide remote employees with safe working conditions.
