The first event Environmental safety – priority for business development of the track Environment & Sustainable Development is finished.

More than 20 years ago, the UN proposed to focus the attention of the international community on natural resource conservation in the whole world.

More and more attention is paid to ensuring the environmental safety of production processes. New mechanisms and institutions of interaction between the business community at both the international and national levels are being formed.

Now it is no longer possible to limit ourselves to the implementation of legislative requirements. We need progressive approach, that would take into account current trends. The international agenda requires active actions to develop and conduct sustainable business.

During the round table, participants considered the existing request for improving the effectiveness of the environmental management system and discuss the role of environmental aspects in the planning of the company’s activities.
