“Culture of health”. What is it? What is it for? This is a very complex concept that requires taking into account many aspects of the work and lifestyle of employees.
Currently, leading experts realise that there is a problem of improving the culture of health and safety of employees in companies.
Many socially responsible enterprises are already implementing preventive measures to maintain the health of their employees. However, the question arises as to whether they are effective and commensurate with the staff workload. Physical exercises are definitely a good thing. However, the prevention of diseases and injuries should be diverse and holistic.
The key to solving this issue is the implementation of comprehensive measures aimed at maintaining the health of employees. Planned investments in creating conditions that promote the well-being of employees are recaptured in a short time and bring economic and trend benefits to the company.
