After uploading a photo in your personal account, in the Photos tab you can choose its access (Public, All Members, My Connections, Only Me).
If you want to change access to a previously uploaded photo, then you need to open a specific photo, click the Edit button under the selected photo, and in the pop-up window re-select the type of access to it.

If you want to change access to a photo album, select a specific album and select the type of access to the left of its name.
