In the list of users, the Members item in the top menu is always visible to all users of the platform. However, some of the information on the user’s page itself may be restricted for viewing.
To manage the settings for viewing information on your page, go to your account settings by clicking on the Settings button in the lower-left corner of the page and select the Privacy tab.
